Force3 Fitness Charity Bootcamp (Chamber Partner Event)

Hello! Are you ready to sweat and give back to the community?

On Saturday, December 11th at 9am, Schad Gibbons is hosting a charity bootcamp. Please bring a non-perishable food item and/or christmas toy(s) which will be donated to The Friendly Center.

Due to city regulations, we cannot accept money or cash donations. Non-perishable foods or toys will be the cost of entry.

This bootcamp is for ALL levels! It is not your typical bootcamp where you'll do burpees & squats till you puke. Instead, it will be focused on movement quality, joint mobility, and core strength!
